Client Advisor and Project Coordination


IJP was originally instructed to act on behalf of infrastructure developers proposing to reinstate a former railway line in Devon. The proposals formed part of a major urban extension of the historic town of Tavistock.


The project included representations to the emerging Core Strategy, evidence at the EIP and preparatory work for a future planning application.  


IJP now act for a national housebuilder in relation to the submission of an outline planning application for up to 750 dwellings.
