Thomas Hall, Exeter

Hotel and Leisure Development. IJP has secured planning and listed building consent for a high-end hotel and leisure redevelopment of Thomas Hall in Exeter. The brief included the submission and negotiation of planning and listed building consent in order to allow development to proceed. The 12 million pound project was a joint venture between the University of Exeter and Leander Developments Limited.

Templecombe

IJP represented clients in relation to land within a rural settlement of South Somerset. Proposals included market and affordable housing. IJP provided expert witness evidence at the public enquiry in November 2013 and an appeal was allowed and costs were awarded.
