Major Mixed Use Redevelopment

 

Following IJP's instructions to represent developers of an 88 hectare site in North Somerset, planning permission was granted in December 2013.

 

The development, which will deliver a significant boost to the housing land supply in North Somerset, comprises up to 1150 dwellings, B1 office uses, retail development and a number of local community uses including a new primary school.
