Strategic Land Promotion

 

IJP was instructed to provide planning advice to investors in relation to the development of a large, edge of settlement greenfield site in order to secure planning permission for a mixed employment site.

 

The project required the submission of representations to the emerging core strategy, and the submission of an outline planning application including an environmental statement.

 

The LPA granted planning permission in December 2012 and IJP is now advising the client in relation to detailed elements of the scheme.
