Ian has wide ranging project experience including residential, commercial and mixed-use development. He specialises as a lead consultant and project coordinator for large and complex planning projects.
Ian has attended and worked as Expert Planning Witness at numerous Planning Appeals and Development Plan Examinations. His work includes all aspects of the planning process including Planning Appraisals, Planning Applications, Planning Appeals and Development Plan Promotions.
MA (Hons) MRTPI
With wide ranging experience of working with housing developers, Daniel's strengths lie in residential and mixed use development. His expertise includes Planning Appraisals, Planning Applications, Planning Appeals and Development Plan Promotions and also Environmental Impact Assessment.
Andrew Winstone joined us as a Principal Associate in June 2015 and is involved in a number of complex projects. These include a recent S78 appeal against Lewes District Council and development proposals as part of the Cornwall Land Initiative. Andrew has worked extensively in both the private and public sectors, and brings to the practice considerable experience in leading on and project managing planning applications for a wide range of development proposals, and providing sound and commercially-focused planning advice
